By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined by Iron Elephant Pressure Washing.

1. Scope of Work

Iron Elephant Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including pressure washing and soft washing of residential and commercial surfaces. Only services specifically listed on the approved estimate or invoice will be performed.

2. Water Usage

Customer agrees to provide access to a working outdoor water source on the property. Water used during cleaning will be supplied by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Property Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Exterior cleaning may reveal or worsen pre-existing conditions. Iron Elephant Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing issues including but not limited to:

Loose or damaged siding
Cracked or deteriorated concrete
Loose brick or mortar
Failing paint or stain
Oxidized surfaces
Rotten or weathered wood
Improperly sealed windows, doors, or exterior penetrations

Any areas of concern should be communicated prior to service.

4. Oxidation Removal Disclaimer

Many surfaces such as vinyl siding, painted metal, gutters, and aluminum may develop oxidation over time. Cleaning these surfaces may reveal uneven coloration, streaking, or fading where oxidation has occurred. Iron Elephant Pressure Washing is not responsible for cosmetic oxidation issues that become visible after cleaning.

5. Concrete Striping / Wand Marks Disclaimer

Concrete surfaces that have not been cleaned in long periods may show striping, wand marks, or color variation after cleaning due to uneven weathering, previous cleaning patterns, or embedded stains. While professional surface cleaners are used whenever possible, some visual inconsistencies may remain. These are considered normal results and not damage.

6. Efflorescence Disclaimer

Efflorescence is a natural white mineral deposit that can appear on concrete, brick, or masonry surfaces. Pressure washing does not cause efflorescence but may make existing deposits more visible. Iron Elephant Pressure Washing is not responsible for the appearance of efflorescence after cleaning.

7. Chemical Use

Soft washing may involve cleaning solutions such as sodium hypochlorite and surfactants to remove organic growth including mold, mildew, and algae. Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect landscaping; however:

Plants or grass may experience temporary stress or discoloration
Minor landscaping impact may occur despite precautions

Customers are encouraged to water plants before and after service.

8. Electrical & Water Intrusion

Customer is responsible for ensuring all windows, doors, and electrical outlets are properly sealed prior to service. Iron Elephant Pressure Washing is not responsible for water intrusion through improperly sealed openings.

9. Stain Removal Limitations

While many stains can be removed or improved, some stains may be permanent. These may include but are not limited to:

Rust stains
Oil or petroleum stains
Battery acid stains
Fertilizer stains
Deep-set tire marks
Concrete discoloration

No guarantee is made that all stains will be completely removed.

10. Scheduling & Weather

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or equipment issues. The company will communicate promptly if a scheduling change is necessary.

11. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Iron Elephant Pressure Washing reserves the right to charge late fees for unpaid balances.

12. Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

13. Satisfaction Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify Iron Elephant Pressure Washing within 24 hours of service completion so the issue can be evaluated and addressed.

14. Limitation of Liability

Iron Elephant Pressure Washing and JGaspard Holdings LLC shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or cosmetic changes resulting from the cleaning process. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service performed.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
